Our Eye Care Professionals team includes owner and primary ophthalmologist, Dr. Matthew Mills and clinical optometrist, Dr. Leyla Mirbaha. Both of our eye doctors are committed to providing state-of-the-art eye care to our patients in northern Nevada and northern California.

DR. MILLS, M.D.

Dr. Matthew Mills is the owner and lead Ophthalmologist at Eye Care Professionals. He is a skilled eye surgeon specializing in LASIK, cataracts and glaucoma.

Dr. Leyla Mirbaha is an experienced Optometrist at Eye Care Professionals in Reno. She specializes in treating glaucoma, macular degeneration, & diabetes.

The office is professional and the care is excellent. I would give it 5 stars but for one serious problem. That problem is that they don't seem to have a concept of time. At my last visit, everyone in the office was waiting at least 30 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. At least one patient walked out because it was so much past the scheduled time. This shows a lack of respect for the patient's time. If you can handle the wait, the office and the doctors are first-rate. But if your time is at all tight, this may be a problem. I don't know if my experience at this visit was an anomaly but I suspect it was not.
