Timothy A. Huntting, O.D.
Dr. Timothy Huntting received his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry after graduating with a BA in Human Biology from the University of Montana in 2014. Dr. Huntting completed several clinical rotations in Utah, Oregon and Alaska before landing in The Biggest Little City where he has been working in private practice since 2018.
He is certified in the administration of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and works with a wide range of patients from pediatrics to seniors. Dr. Huntting is well versed in specialty contacts and the treatment of ocular diseases. He also specializes in neurorehabilitation, working to rehabilitate patients who have suffered a severe injury or birth defect that impairs their visual or perceptual skills.
Dr. Huntting is a skilled musician specializing in saxophone performance, and he has a passion for acquiring vintage musical instruments. In his off time, you can also find him enjoying the great outdoors around the Reno-Tahoe area, including fishing, hiking and skiing.
